Lake Arthur. Fishing. Just Southeast of Lake Charles.

Bayou d'Arbonne. Fishing, Swimming, Watersports, Ramps. This
12.5 mile long lakes features several forks and a few coves. Located off
route 2 at Farmesville.

Bayou Bodcau Dam. Fishing, Game Management, Campsites without Electricity,
Restrooms, Drinking Water, Picnic / Day Use, Launch Ramp (Small Fee May
Apply). The water here is not a permanent pool but in the Bossier Parish
Ivan Lake is Maintained with a little over 500 acres of water. Off I 20
at Louisiana State Route 157. Call U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for H.P.

Bistineau. Fishing. Just off I 20 southeast of Shreveport.

Black Lake. Fishing, Off I 49 and U.S. 84.

Catahoula Res. Fishing, Launch Ramps (Small Fee May Apply). Located
just west of the intersection of U.S. 84 and Louisiana State Route 28.

Claiborne Lake. Fishing, Swimming, Watersports, Ramps. This
7.5 mile long lake is located just west of Homer off Louisiana State Route
146.

Grand Lake. Fishing, Just east of Lake Arthur.

Lac des Allemands. Fishing, Boat Ramp (Small Fee May Apply). Runs
into the Gulf of Mexico.

Pontchartrain. Fishing, Boat Ramps (Small Fee May Apply). Body of
water that runs into the Gulf, along northern New Orleans.

Sabine Res. Fishing, Launch Ramps (Small Fee May Apply). Just outside
of Port Arthur off Louisiana State Route 87.

Saline Lake. Fishing. Launch Ramps (Small Fee May Apply). Off I
49 and U.S. 84.

Six Mile Lake. Fishing, Launch Ramp (Small Fee May Apply). Along
U.S. 90 in southern Louisiana. Runs into Atchafalaya Bay in the Gulf of
Mexico.

Toledo Bend Res. Fishing, Swimming, Launch Ramp (Small Fee May Apply).
Large body of water running just west along U.S. 171 on the Texas Line.

Turkey Res. Fishing. Off U.S. 165 southwest of Monroe.

Verret Lake. Fishing, just northwest of Houma off U.S. 90
Ouachita-Black Rivers Navigation Project.
There are two Navigation Areas with 17
recreation sites on the 322 mile stretch.

Columbia Lock & Dam Pool. Swimming, Fishing, Restroom, Drinking
Water, Picnic Area, Launch Ramp. This extends from the Louisiana / Arkansas
state line south to Riverton, Louisiana (601) 631-5300.

Jonesville Lock and Dam Pool. Swimming, Fishing, Drinking Water,
Launch Ramp. There are 9 access points to Ouachita River-Black Rivers.
It extends from Riverton to the Jonesville Lock and Dam off Louisiana State
Route 124. (601) 631-5300.

Pearl River Lock No. 1. Fishing (Daytime). Launch Ramps. On the
Louisiana / Mississippi Border.
